APPS conducted a vibrant Yoga and Wellness session for students on 13 June 2026. The programme encouraged students to understand the importance of physical fitness, correct posture, breathing practices, concentration and inner discipline.

Students participated enthusiastically in stretching exercises, simple asanas, breathing practices and guided relaxation under teacher supervision. The session reflected the school's commitment to holistic education, where academic learning is complemented by value formation, wellness, discipline and joyful participation.
